Thomas Runzo

Thomas. Runzo, age 47, co-founded Equala, a fifty-person media technology company in 2001. Prior to founding Equala, he was VP of Sales & Partner Relations at Qode.com during the .com era. Prior to that ,Tom was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Quest Net Corporation, a publicly traded internet wireless backbone provider. In 1988, he co-founded and was the COO of Diversified Technology Group ('DITEK') where he managed nearly 150 employees who manufactured, sold and distributed surge protection equipment to Fortune 500 companies. DITEK was an ISO 9000 electronic manufacturer which was awarded the Business of the Year in 1994 and Technology Fast 50 in 1995 and 1996. Tom was responsible for all operations including the product development of more than eight hundred electronic products. Tom also was responsible for sales and marketing for the organization.  Tom has over twenty-five years of sales, business development, and C-level management experience. He is a board member of Broward County Communities In Schools which was a Worth Magazine Top 100 charity. Also, he was the founder of the Public Service Network through a philanthropic endowment. The PSN utilized the technology and data from Equala to assist the National Center For Missing and Lost Children in publishing Amber Alerts.


Eric Mason

Eric Mason, age 29, co-founded Equala in 2001 and served as the CTO of the fifty-person media technology company. Eric led a design team of thirty developers and was the architect of a leading-edge system that was written in JAVA and sat on an Oracle database.  Prior to that, he was hired by Tom Runzo at Questnet in 1998 to write software that created a virtual server which, at the time, was not an off-the-shelf product. Ahead of the times, the virtual server is now an industry standard and every hosting company in the nation runs them.


Al Aneja

Al Aneja, age 34, has over 12 years of executive, sales management, marketing and consulting experience in the Hospitality, Ecommerce and most recently, the Newswire industries.  He brings with him a very strong background in closing new business with high profile clients, successfully managing sales teams and driving revenues. Al has provided consulting to Fortune companies including Ryder System, Republic Services, Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates and SEACOR Holdings.  As well as private companies such as Volvo Cars of North America, DHL, Greenberg Traurig and many others.  Al has been elected and currently serves on the Board of Directors for NIRI - South Florida and The Broward County Crime Commission, and previously on the PRSA - Gulfstream Chapter.


Vince Arnette

Vince Arnette, age 50, is a principal in Arnette & Freeman, LLC, a CPA firm located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  During his twenty-year career, Vince held several executive level positions including CFO and COO of Brightpoint Latin America (a publicly traded company), Vice President of Finance for Fox Television, Director of Corporate Audit for Twentieth Century Fox (News Corp) and was an Audit Manager with the firm of Deloitte and Touche. Vince's responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, funding, controllership and financial and operational system development.
